𝗜𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝗘 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗!
I recently met this amazing little explorer who presented me with these terrific tarantulas that she had made at home.
She even made their legs different colours as she wasn't sure if I had a favourite colour and wanted to make sure she included it if I did! It was such a thoughtful gesture and my two new spiders have now found a home on my desk where they make me smile every time I see them!
I had a fantastic time visiting everyone from P4 & P5 Olderfleet Primary School! I delivered our curriculum-based topic 'Marvellous Minibeasts' to support their classroom learning; we discussed how minibeasts have adapted to protect themselves from predators, their vital role in eco-systems around the world and the 'wee ways' that we can all make the world a better place for all creatures - big and small!
